He also underwent special training in basic and advanced fracture fixation in 2008.Later in year 2010 he went on to receive special training in venous diseases from Centre for Vein Restoration, Baltimore, USA in diagnosis and management of venous disorders like Varicose veins by Endovenous Thermo Ablation, Phlebectomy and Sclerotherapy with the help of Venous Ultrasound Doppler.He is well known to encourage non invasive modalities of treatment for joint pains to defer joint replacements in early stages.Through his research he has made significant contribution towards stem cell therapy in paraplegic patients.He has many national and international publications to his acclaim.

I have been going to Dr Haldar for my son's pronation and foot rotation issues for 6 years now. there is a drastic improvement in his foot. His treatment has been super effective and he is extremely polite and explains the issues well. I visited Dr. Abhishek for my lower back pain caused by workout injury. He is a very experienced doctor and a good listener. After having a discussion about my pain in detail, he provided me with some medication and asked me to have some change in my lifestyle like sitting in a good posture. Within a limited time he stopped my medication and started back strengthening exercise and again remind me to mintain a good back posture. He adviced me to go for some physiotherapy session which i took under guidance of Dr. Sachendra.
