I can start by thanking garima for all the sessions till date.

In every other session I learnt new techniques and methods on how to make your mind more stable, on how one can resist negativity around them. I got to understand technical things about human brain/body that forced me to think more about my behaviour and helped to work on myself by my own.

I liked the way she picked my problems and made me learn to find the pattern and root cause of those problems which gonna help me in further.

I think, I am getting trained for the future as well and that is the best part about learning on how one can help one for their future problems too and that is making one more independent towards the later complexities and challenges.

I came into her clinic with a lot of self loathing and full of anxious thoughts and the fear of being judged as the odd one out. My mind and heart were just not at the right place and kudos to the terrific role played by Garima Ji here at this point. With her sheer professionalism and her expertise of the domain I was able to meet myself again as a happy, joyous guy. She helped me tremendously well to control my own thoughts again. I can go on and on and write a few paragraphs of how she handled me challenge my own thoughts. The utmost attention she pays in listening to your side of the story without any judgements is amazingly beautiful. ..

She is a great therapist, she has helped me so much through all of the troubles. She always made me feel comfortable and valid with how i was feeling, she helped me so much with such compassion and kindness. I've never felt truly heard until i met her, she holds a safe space to share and explore. The guidance i have gotten from her has been exactly what I've needed in real time. She navigate my problems by asking right questions at right time and provides road map and offers multiple solutions and tried to find the root cause of any problem. She is the best one.<3
