I visited Dr. Nitish Aggarwal for a prolonged sore throat and difficulty in swallowing. He diagnosed my condition as pharyngitis and prescribed medicines such as Pan-D, Bitadine gargles, and B comp tablets. Dr. Nitish also informed me that I had gut issues which were preventing my pharyngitis from healing, and he recommended significant changes to my diet, such as avoiding fried and spicy foods. He asked me to visit him again in 7 days.

Despite following his instructions, my pain did not subside. After a month of sore throat and 7 days of my first visit to Dr. Nitish's clinic, I took another appointment with Dr. Nitish. At this visit, he recommended more medicines to address my gut issues and suggested a balanced diet. He discontinued the Bitadine gargles and prescribed digestive syrups. I visited Dr. Ruchi for physiotherapy post ACL tear + Minuscus repair surgery for rehab. I am 38 years and used to play football and badminton casually. My target was to start sports again for which my surgeon and Dr Ruchi told recovery time would be between 6-9 months to start the sports while normal rehab would be done within 3 months.

I observed a fast recovery. One thing to note was, I was regular and didn't miss any session for 3 continous months. I have started jogging already and have been doing short sprints of running as well.

I don't feel any pair or anything missing in my recovery. Hoping to start football and badminton in next 3-4 months.
