I am very, very satisfied with Dr. Ruchika Raj for her exceptional treatment of my adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and shoulder tear. I had a wedge fracture in my spine which had caused major deformities in my lumbar area as well. I was in devastating pain and could not stand for even 10minutes when i met with Dr Ruchika. She heard me out patiently without any hush, went into the deepest details of my medical reports and planned a huge set of diverse exercises for me. Her conduct, not only as a great physiotherapist but as a humble person who keeps motivating you during your tough times is what makes her stand apart from her contemporaries. Her therapy has improved me in many ways...in a matter of just 2 weeks my pain has gone down substantially, my posture has improved and i feel confident enough to do my chores and look after my family. She is like a God send person to people in pain, and with even difficulty to move.. She never ever misguides patients like other physios... Who keep prolonging the treatment just to fleece patients.

In fact she belongs to the old school of Docters, where docters were actually treated like gods because they got you relieved of a body problem.

I had severe pain in my calf muscle. I went to consult Dr. Ruchika and in the first session itself she diagnosed the root cause of the problem and just after 2 sessions, I felt big relief and after 4-5 sessions, I was back to normal. She also advised me some exercises to prevent reccurrence of this problem. ***** ** *** **** * **** ****** *** **** a very humble person. May God bess her with power to treat many more patients.
