Pahel Health Care, Sector 119

I have visited Dr. Saurabh Gupta's "Pahel Health Care" in Sec 1 couple of times for my kids but due to an emergency this time I visited his Sec 119 Noida Clinic. Not sure what made him so angry that he started shouting on me. This is the first time in my life I faced this type of rude behavior **** ******* *** *** ***** **** ** **** * ****** ********* * ************ *** ****** ****** ** **** *** ****** ** *** ********** *** ***** **** *** **** ***** *** ** ****** *** *** ** **** *** ****** *** **********

I visited his clinic today to get consultation for my 11 yrs old son who was having high fever and when I was discussing the problem with him then at the same time my wife called me and I asked her to stay on phone. I wanted her to reply in case if something is asked by the doctor which I did not know.

My wife highlighted couple of things on the speaker phone and at the end she highlighted something about my younger kid (6 yrs) and I believe that made the doctor furious. He started shouting that why is she talking on phone and did not come here if she is having such questions. He started mentioning that 3 patients are waiting outside.

After this he asked that do I speak to my boss like this. ** **** ** ****** ********** ****** ***** *** *** **** *** ***** ** ** *** * *** ***** ***** **** **** **** ****** why he was so arrogant. I did not speak a single word except "Sorry".

ALL THESE THINGS HAPPENED INFRONT OF MY SICK SON WHO WAS HAVING 103+ DEGREE FEVER. *** *** * ****** ****** * ***** ********** *** **** *** **** *** ** ****** ******* ** *** ***** *** *** *** *** ****** ** ****** * ********* *** ** **** *** *** **** * ****** ** ***** **** ***** ******* *** *******

I DID NOT CONFRONT HIM EXCEPT SAYING "SORRY" BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO CREATE ANY SCENE INFRONT OF MY SICK CHILD OR ANY OTHER CHILDREN INSIDE THE CLINIC. FOR ME MY PRIORITY WAS MY SON WHO WAS KIND OF UNCOMFORTABLE DUE TO THE RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THIS DOCTOR.

Now answering all your queries-

1) WHY DID MY WIFE NOT COME- Sir I have another 6 years old kid and my wife was attending him. Any wise person will not bring any toddlers in the clinic or hospital unnecessarily.

2) WHY MY WIFE WAS TALKING ON PHONE- Dear Sir If I am not wrong then you are also giving phone consultation, so what is wrong if my wife asked something on phone and moreover she was telling me. Also being a mother she was concerned about her sick child so what is wrong if she asked couple of things.

3) 3 PATIENTS WERE WAITING OUTSIDE- *** * **** *** *** **** ***** ****** ****** *** *** ****** **** I paid 600/- INR for the consultation and that even did not last for 6 minutes. If highlighting problem about my little one made you angry then you should have asked for another consultation fees rather than disrespecting me infront of my wife and son.

Doctor saurabh Gupta is truly a magician for both of my kids...he is genuinely concern about kids...my son had pneumonia at the age of 6 months and was in severe condition...2 dose of medication helped him...and doctor saurabh was actively monitoring his condition...am really thankful for his kind nature and compassion towards his profession.

I appreciate Dr. Saurabh's way of taking care of child health issues.I recommend other parents residing near to Sec 119,Noida to consider Dr. Saurabh for pediatric suggestions in case of emergency.
