I know Dr. Ranjan from Covid pandemic time, he is always available during the need hours. Very few doctors listen to patients but he is totally different, he listens to patient's problem and then he treats in his own way. He is very friendly and at the same time knowledgeable. Couple of months ago when I did my full body checkup I found some abnormalities in my ECG, I was bit worried, 2 doctors (will not mention name) suggested me different tests but when I consulted with Dr. Ranjan he simply said it’s purely normal and no need to do anything. But I did all the tests suggested by other doctors and finally found nothing. Dr. Ranjan was correct. This is one example. I believe doctors should be trust worthy, and I can totally rely upon on Dr. Ranjan Kumar.

I got covid positive 15 days back and come to doctor through one of my friend. The doctor took all my reports and details of symptoms on the phone. But when he said " don't worry. You wl be alright soon" makes me new energy. After taking his 15 days medicines, now I am feeling better and corona negative also. In these 15 days, the doctor was having a keen eye on my health issues and several medicines changed several times as per my health requirements. The overall experience with the doctor was cool.

I first visited Dr.Swati's clinic in July when i had sever throat infection and she did the complete check up explained me well why I catch throat infections so frequently and told me about medication as well as what precautions I should take and I got relief in a day or so....my second meet with her when I recently got high fever and severe headache I again visited her as I was comfortable and I trusted her treatment for me So again she did complete check up and suggested me all the test which were needed to diagnose the cause and it came to be Urinary Tract Infection and diabetes as well after knowing it I was a bit scared but she again calmed me down and explained the treatment and medication and also guided for proper diet.She always supported through what's app when ever I had any query or issue .My experience with Dr.Swati was highly satisfying...

I am happy to share my experience with all so that they can benefit from the same. I first connected with Dr Ranjan Kumar last year online and since then he has become my family doctor. He has treated me and Aunt for Covid, my mother for food poisoning which became serious and for the same cause in my father's case. Its only him that we really blindly rely on. He helped us when we needed it the most, over calls, messages- gave us treatment that worked very much and wouldn't be wrong to say- he saved my mother's life when she had severe food poisoning, by arranging nurse at our home and managing that critical situation. Dr. Ranjan is a down to earth, friendly and humble human being. We have taken consultation from him on multiple occasions. I took consultation from him during Covid phase for myself and my wife. My other family members also took consultation from him for blood pressure, arthritis, and stomach pain related issues. He helped us all the time very quickly. There was one ocassion when I wasn't in town and Dr. Ranjan helped us without any appointment for fee (just like that). My name is Usha Bisht and recently shifted in Apex Athena, Sector-75, Noida. Firstly, my elder daughter suffered from high fever and body pain.
