Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue

I have booked online appointment with dr. She directly consulted me on call where she not explain anything regarding my concern she said I will provide you prescription. Then I have waited 2hrs for prescription in which she advised only 3 medicines which are only for itching and allergy. I have concern regarding STI AND STD after that she doesn't guide me regarding medicines how to proceed I have to take again and again followups no response. She suggested 1gm medicine twice a day for 3 days I am just 19 also told her about liver infection no substitute suggested. It's been 3 days I don't know how to take medicine still I managed accordingly. No follow up call I asked for today appointment no response... Totally not recommended for anyone

I had visited Dr. Neelu all through my pregnancy. she is very polite and calm, explains everything in detail and she has a lot of patience in dealing with patients with many questions. She made my journey all through my pregnancy very comfortable. It was my first pregnancy n me n my husband wld panic at very small things relating to pregnancy as we were jst two of us here n wld call her or msg her now n than, n she wld reply us very calmly n wld even call us back if she missed the call.
