Myself Kiran, 45 year old mother of two child. I am from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

I will never book any appointment through practo in future because there is communication gap between doctor and practo.

I booked my appointment for 10:00 am. I reached 10 minutes prior to my allotted time but clinic was closed though clinic opening time is 09:00 am. When I called the clinic operator, she said you should call before coming and doctor has other online appointments so we shall open the clinic by 10:30 am. It means I'm free doesn't have value of my time. She was expecting to wait me there for half an hour though I already waited there for 20 minutes. First time I booked through practo.. Poor service and coordination. Never ever try again in future.
