In my pursuit to find a competent physiotherapist, I had to see a couple of clinics in navi mumbai. I had an ankle fracture . As I had to go back to Azerbaijan after getting it cured. Dr. Kirti is very professional, knows her job well, does not dilute quality of service to attend the next waiting patient. Previously i had done course on pilatics. I have found pilatics training / scheduled exercises given was very helpful and effective over the period . I was regularly doing the excerise schedule given to us, however during lock down period and work from home those excerise are very helpful since our movements are restricted.
