Ornate Hospital, Kharghar

O my God ! What an experience at ornate!! I was scheduled for a D&C and did not know of any good maternity homes in the area, got shubhagi's details from Google and based on her reviews ,just tried her and she seemed good enough at first so I wanted to give the hospital a chance . I had a second miscarriage recently which was a traumatic enough experience for me  and lol ( now I laugh hysterically at myself for having decided on this hospital for such a delicate procedure ) . She showed me the recovery room, it was so stuffy and soo tiny wid cobwebs all over the walls, smelly bed and a stained bedcover and a pillow and chipped paint with a rickety fan! I got apprehensive just looking at it. I was in a hurry for this procedure due to medical reasons and as I had to spend jus 2-3 hours in the recovery room, I reluctantly agreed to give the place a try. When procedure was about to start, they took me to the OT, the 2 nurses who shaved me weren't wearing gloves, nor masks ( even wen they gave me shots ) that OT couldnt hve been sterile because they were walking in and out of it casually.The bed I was on, was torn in places and wow there were bugs on the bed in the surgical room !!! All over the pillow and they even started to crawl up my arms !!!! Witnessing this, more than the miscarriage trauma, I got so scared that I might get infected with something... looking at all this, my eyes started to tear up and I felt trapped and I like ' where have I landed because of my foolishness and haste'  I mean, how bad could this doctor be seeing as she had such awesome reviews! ( unbelievable) I hve never in my entire 36 years of life seen such an unhygienic and an unsanitary hospital EVER ! After the procedure, I was taken to the recovery room and wen I came to, i needed to use the restroom and went inside and the commode was missing a seat, the taps were leaking, the flush wasn't working and the floor was almost flooded ! I mean women give birth here .. how can they manage with an uncomfortable toilet ( which is meant fer men) the overall experience with this establishment taught me a valuable lesson about never playing with one's health and mind .. made me cry for abt 5 days ( I even started to dream about it, it was so scary ) but now as I recall it, it's hysterical! It was my fault after all !! It's incredible that in a place like mumbai, and during these advanced times, such a place still exists . ( and it was pretty expensive too )It's unbelievable dat dis obgyn is so renowned! it's unbelievable and shocking

First of all thank you very much to Dr. Shubhangi and her team for all given support, we blessed with baby boy.

When we got to know about my wife's pregnancy then I started searching best gynecologist in Navi mumbai and I found Dr. Shubhangi. When we checked her feedback on google we decided to start my wife's regular treatments from her. Fortunately after 1st visit I realized that all google feedbacks are genuine so thank you very much to all those ppl who has given their genuine feedbacks.

6. Friendly staff - All are well trained and you can ask any queries at any point of time , they are available 24x7.

7. Excellent support from doctor and her staff in COVID-19 situation - i was bit sacred when lockdown was announced but Doctor and her staff has supported for all our needs and queries.

8. They have medical in hospital but not 24x7 but just 8 to 10 mtr away there is 24×7 medical ( Orange medical, just beside hospital)

9. Worth value for all treatment and special rooms(Including TV & AC ) are avilabe with OT and blood checkup facility.

10. Well trained staff to take care of new born baby.

11. Apart from this she also takes important sessions for pregnant women's where she covers excercises, diet plans along with do's and don'ts.

I understand that this is quite lengthy feedback but all these aspects are very important while you are looking for good gynecologists.

*** **** ** ********* ***** *i was operated for a huge Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst of 17 cms size... i was discharged the next day. I liked the supportive staff and cleanliness maintained...i have roamed to 2 other doctor's before i fixed my appointments and finally agreed her way of explaining my problem the way she explained ws just awesome...

She justifies the time she gives to every patient..

All the staff are females so even our privacy is not hampered

Superb experience ... Pleasant nursing and admin staff. During the COVID pandemic, they have delivered an outstanding service with limited staff ... *** ********** *** ********* ***** ** ** ********* ******* Very precise in her approach, very soft spoken and provided all kind of support during the delivery of my spouse... I would recommend Dr. Shubhangi. It's a "WOW!!!" experience.
