I met Dr.Seemantini after a scheduled appointment. She seemed very approachable and friendly. I spoke about all of my issues with her. She gave me better ways to deal with my problems. I have been controlling my obsessions very well because the ways she told me to handle. I seem to be more relaxed and cheerful than my previously depressed mood. She gives a clarity to my thoughts.
