I met Dr.Seemantini after a scheduled appointment. She seemed very approachable and friendly. I spoke about all of my issues with her. She gave me better ways to deal with my problems. I have been controlling my obsessions very well because the ways she told me to handle. I seem to be more relaxed and cheerful than my previously depressed mood. She gives a clarity to my thoughts. Since I started treatment I am feeling some changes but I have not tried yet for which I have consulted when I try I'll notice the treatment effects.
