My mother was travelling - A day before she had cold and next morning she travelled via flight. After completing her air travel- she started feeling a Vaccum in her right ear which was extremely uncomfortable for her and she was not able to hear Or communicate properly. By the night this resulted in severe headache.

remediations such a gargling, taking steam etc while travelling - but of no use.

I came across her while searching for an online ENT doctor. We were luckily able to connect with her at around 9:15 PM IST and within 10 mins she heard us - made us comfortable and gave us the prescription. By next mornin i.e. JUST with 1 Dose - my mother was all good.

Dr. Ritika Bhatt was thorough with her diagnosis and explained everything clearly. The clinic environment was clean, the staff were polite, and there was no wait time. Overall, I was satisfied and felt the consultation was worth the money.

She efficiently removed the earwax buildup, treated the fungal infection, and even cleared multiple cotton swabs that had unknowingly accumulated in my ear canal. She explained everything very clearly, including the root cause of the constant itching I was experiencing. She was extremely professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the process. Too nice and highly recommended!

Visited doctor for my kids cough treatment . she gave medicines *** *** ********* ** had follow-ups then she changed medicine and gave advice that dust lies more inside then outside and suggested that we should stay more outside. My second kid also had cough *** ****** *** **** ********** ** ****** *** *** ***** ***** *** **** ** ****** ******** ***** ** ***** *** ****** looking for another doctor now . the consultation charges and my time totally got wasted. won't recommend anyone to the doctor ***** ***** *** **** ***** *****

Had a blocked ear and hence went to see the doc. She explained everything in detail and said ear needs to be cleaned as there is a lot of wax. She mentioned that they will be using some water treatment to remove the wax "as it is the safest way to do that." Post the small treatment yes my ear was no longer blocked. She also prescribed one ear drops to prevent infection. However, despite taking the drops a week later I have been diagnosed with swimmer's ear and I am in extreme pain, unable to sleep and chew properly, owing to the safest way to clean the ears according to the doctor.

The doctor was very professional and friendly. She identified the problem within minutes and provided *** **** treatment for my overall health.

Doctor is good but high wait time. If you take appointment for 5 then you can meet doctor 6:30 or after. Staff is not helpful. Staff said Appointment doesn't matter, its first come first.serve basis it seems. No point in booking appointment in advance

I visited the clinic for Ear Vax removal. Before visiting I had tried to remove vax on my own using ear buds which caused little bit pain in my ear. Doctor patiently heard my problem and checked my ear. Post checking she told me to try the vax solution to remove the vax. if it doesnt work then visit the clinic again and get it cleaned. Clinic charges extra for vax removal which is bit on the higher side.

Very rarely you come across a doctor who explains you like a friend, treats you like a doctor and cares for you like a mother. It was a pleasure to be treated by you Dr. Ritika and i can't thank you enough for bring me out of my tonsils induced misery. Forever grateful for today :)
