I and my husband (who was my boyfriend then) reached out to Swapna when we were going through the lowest phase of our relationship. We had called off our wedding and there were major unresolvable issues between us. We had been in relationship for more than 5 years at that time and about 80% of that time was long distance. We were neither able to resolve our issues nor go our separate ways. Helpless we started searching for counselling help in our area and found 3 counsellors. Out of the 3, Swapna had the best reviews and after reading those, we decided to give counselling a try, our last resort to sort out things.

Swapna made us go through psychometric assessment in which we discovered about our nature and beliefs. At that time my husband was also diagnosed with clinical depression. Then we had counselling sessions, sometimes individual and at other times couple sessions to discuss concerns and understand each other better. Slowly and steadily over a period of 5 to 6 months we started seeing improvement in our mental attitude, started accepting each other’s differences and got more confident about each other. Through counselling and proper advice my husband was able to convince his family positively. After 10 months we got married and received the blessings of our parents. After marriage we did face some adjustment issues but were able to work our way through them through counselling. We are very much in love with each other, the way we were when we first met. In all this we always feel as if God directed us to go to Swapna. Her services are highly recommended to all those in despair or needing psychological or emotional help.

Mine was a case of a typical, depression ridden young adult who had no clue in life. Meeting swapna ma’am was a quick decision and one the best ones. Her empathetic non judgemental approach towards me helped me open up and talk about issues I hadn’t said aloud. She used an integrative approach of therapies knowing what would help me. From skills education to confrontation she has done it all. I have worked on multiple interpersonal problems depression, relationship with parents etc. Her supportive nature has been a light. I, Tubel John, started meeting Swapna M Nadgauda after being diagnosed with schizophrenia. When i initially met her, I was in a bad shape psychologically. It's been almost an year now, and I have to say that she helped me turn my life around with patience, empathy and competence. She is an excellent conversationalist and probed deep into my psyche to untangle the psychological issues that were deep rooted. My academics too picked up steam during my tenure under her tutelage. Plus, one thing that was not mentioned was the extra amount of money she would ask for. She did 1 personality test for which she took 2500rs. Just for 1 pen and paper test. That was quite a lot. And one medicine (batch remedy) for 1000rs. Honestly, after the first session only, I felt too much of stress.

I was suffering with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorder, eating disorder, self harm, panic attacks and borderline personality disorder from the last 5 years (im 16) … the trauma was about a sexual assault things were going down hill for me i was self harming every single day thats when i started seeing swapna she gave me the safe space the comfort she basically helped me get through everything l have been going to her from the last 7 months and i have never ever felt judged shes working with me step by step we did therapies counsellings and they have worked like magic for me as im a teenager it is difficult for me to find someone who gets me but we clicked shes very understanding and I think if you work with her you can get through your stuff the way i did from not wanting to live to being grateful to be alive i thank swapna from the bottom of my heart also im writing this anonymously just dont want everyone to know my identity

I completely regret taking my daughter to this counselling center. *** ********* **** *** **** **** *** ***** ****** ** ********** ***** ******** *********** She cares only about treating issues that she considers issues rather than what the client focuses on. **** ** *** ******* **** ********* ** ******** ********** She talks in tangents and my kid never really got a way out of her issues, instead got triggered even further. ****** **** *** *** **** ********* ** ********** *********** ******* ** ** ** ***** I wouldn't recommend her to anyone *** ***** * **** ** ******** * **** *** *** ********* ********** **** *** ** **** **** ** **** ***********

Every time whenever I had to talk to people I used to get very anxious ,since i was a child i have been an introvert and being a single child was one of the main reason for it ,so recently I had some of my interviews and I used to get into so much of panic before the interview as well as after it and I couldnt understand the problem because I used to be all prepared for it but at the point of interview my anxiety used to kick in and I used to have panic attacks.Then I visited Dr.Swapna,I had visited her few years back with some other issues and I had recoverd pretty soon so I decided to go to her for this issue as well .She talked to me, gave me an understanding about what happens and how it happens and she started flower therepy for me which was proven very beneficial for me and after 2-3 sessions I can say that my anxiety has lowered,I feel alot better and much comfortable with talking to people and even I got placed in a very good organization. For all this, I am and will be very grateful to Dr. Swapna and Healing Touch.

Doctor Swapna is very friendly. I could discuss about my issues with her easily. She helps me a lot to solve my problems. She changed my way of thinking towards how to tackle the difficulties. I learnt from her to be positive towards life.
