At my first counselling session, kinjal gave me plenty of time and asked about my current life style, food habits, likes/dislikes, medical history, etc & recommended few blood tests where I found I had PCOD. Based on my complete details & medical reports, she made some changes to my diet. I followed her instructions 100%, I felt better within a week!!
