Being a G6PD deficient, Pre Diabetic with Hypertension along with Fatty lever of Grade 3, I was very worried about diet changes or trying any sort of weight loss therapy which could do more harm then good to me.

Me being a mother of 8 yr old child and myself having higher cholesterol and lower Vitamin D levels, I was always careful about what I should include in my daily diet. But in the last two years of sedentary lifestyle and junk food habits I suddenly started gaining stubborn fat along my waistline which dint reduce even on dieting.
