I Have been taking therapy in Bombay from last 3-4 years and when I moved to Bangalore, I tried searching for a good combination of clinical psychologist and psychiatrist- Tanvi and Dr Kiran are great combination to arrive at correct assessment of issues.

Since I came to them with my ongoing SSRI which was this time giving me sedative effect and not helping at the moment, Dr Kiran was quick enough to identify and change the medication. Further Since The Clinical Psychologist Tanvi also sits in the same premises and she is very good - listens, don't jump to conclusions till properly assessed with all tools.

They were finally able to help me with ADHD issues and symptoms, most of which I had since long and would cause my inattentiveness, emotional dysregulation issue, Zone out, Brain fog etc. These would eventually lead to over burden and anxiety every 6-7 months- Grateful for them to not continue on the same anxiety medication, listening to me when i asked to change the medication and helping in Identification of the root cause and treating.

Also we are now on the path to reduce and eventually eliminate medication which is the best part. Elizabeth is the coordinator and she is also very polite and helps in appointments so that you don't struggle. They have changed the address but its within 500m from old place
