Dr.Ritwiz Bihari is the neurophysician who was looking after my Father in law after he suffered stroke since Nov 16'20.We have been visiting him since the day he was released we met with the neuro every week or 2 for some or the other reason which we felt was wrong with him *** ** ***** ***** *** ***** **** *** *** ****** We have been taking care of his medicines, food, as per the dietician *** ** ******** **** **** ** *** ****** And finally he admitted my Father in law in the ICU at the family's request and while inserting the catheter accidentally found out that there was pus pocket inside his private area. And then he diagnosed that it was due to the infection that he suffered setback .******* ** ************* *** ******* ** *** fast enough to say that the family for not taking enough care. And once he was admitted there wasn't good enough care at the hospital . And now when we went for follow up ******** ******* ** *********** he just put his hands up stating..he doesn't know what else to do and informed us that my father in law is brain dead ***** ***** ******** **** ** **** ***** ********** **but we had a 2nd opinion *** *** ***** ******* **** **** **** ****** ******** ******** *** **** ******* *******

Completely unprofessional- after booking an online appointment only to arrive 10 minutes earlier than the allotted time, I was surprised to find out that the doctor is not in office yet. What sort of professionalism is this? I waited 30 minutes and left. Complete misuse of time and the effort of using the online appointment booking system. Why invest in if you cannot stick to it, Dr. Bihari?

Doctor didn't turn up even after one and half hours of appointment. Dirty place for patients to wait. Very unprofessional.

Soft spoken, good listener, quite understanding to hear all the problems and suggest proper treatment. The medicines he prescribed were not costly and available on all the medical stores. He is a true and genuine doctor with great knowledge.

We got our mother admitted for Brain Stroke treatment. he never explained the situation clearly an always maintained wait and watch. After 2 weeks, he suddenly asked us to take her back home without giving proper explanation.
