Radius Joint Surgery Hospital, Gomtinagar

My mother had a fracture in her vertebra and also humerus fracture, because of which she was suggested to visit Radius hospital. To my surprise the hospital staff is not bothered about the patient at all. Dr. PRAVEEN gupta, is least empathetic towards the patient and their families. He was not wanting to explain the condition of my mother to me as he said I can’t repeat the same thing.

Rest NEVER visit this hospital , if you are concerned about your family.

Dr. Praveen is very rude & arrogant towards his patients. His verdict is he’ll explain the things only once whether the patient follows it or not. You cannot just ask the doctor about what medication he’s prescribing and what’ll be the effects of the same. Rather it should be like this that the doctor should tell the patient that if you unable to follow something ask again. *** ***** **** ** *** ******** **** ** ******* *

Also he’ll call you on the day when the period of prescription has expired ** **** *** **** *** **** ** *** ******** ***** just to ask or tell about the effects of the medicine prescribed. They should also mention the validity of the feed on the prescription.

Very sorry.....it was a sad experience.

He is a very caring and good natured doctor. He has immense experience in his field. He gives easy pain relief with his treatment.

As per my view concerned about Dr. Sanjai K. Srivastava, he is a very trained and experienced doctor in orthopedic surgery. Always have a smiling reply to each and every patient ...I have got my tibia surgery , and is about to recover from the same in some time ...Pray to god that that Dr. Sanjai sir may excel well in his field of practice and his life too... My father went for an OPD consultation to Dr. Sanjai on 2 Dec 2025. The appointment was of 11am, yet the Doctor himself came at 2pm. Dr. Sanjai took a consultation fee of Rs 1000/- but didnot cater to the patient privately. ******* **** **** * **** ******* he chose to call 5 OPD patients in his cabin and talked to them simultaneously one by one infront of all. I would like to formally complaint against him on following grounds:

1. He didnot maintain the doctor-patient confidentiality

2. The doctor charged the patient for consultation yet didnot dedicate private time for the patient.

3. In the last surgery which he had performed on the patient* ***** *** * ******** ***** but the doctor did not write that in his discharge summary, nor informed him. It was after consultations with other doctor ********** **** *** ** ****** ****** ******** **** ** **** ** ***** **** ** * ***** ******** ** **********

4. In the last surgery, the skin where the operation was done also got burnt, but the doctor refused to accept it too.

I am filing a formal complaint against Dr. Sanjai for promoting such practices.
