Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Laxmi Shankar Singh.

I consulted Dr. Laxmi Shankar Singh for the neurological treatment of my 74-year-old mother. We first had an online consultation and later continued with face-to-face consultations, trusting the doctor to properly understand her medical history and manage her treatment.

Evidence of mild paucity of white matter in bilateral parietooccipital peritrigonal white matte with altered signal appearing hyperintense on T2/FLAIR images in bilateral posterior parietooccipital peritrigonal white matter. mild altered signals appearing hyperintense on T2/FLAIR images in bilateral subcortical and periventricular region - sequelae of ischaemic ins

No midline shift is seen.

Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in position.

Brain stem and cerebellar hemispheres are showing normal MR morphology and signal intens

Basal cisterns are normal.

Major arteries of Circle of Willis are showing normal flow void.

Major intracranial dural venous sinuses are showing normal outline and flow void.

Sella is normal in size. Pituitary gland is visualized normally with both anterior & posteri showing normal signal intensity.

The doctor listened patiently, explained the problem clearly, and answered all my questions calmly. I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment advice and would definitely recommend the doctor.

It would have been better if doctor would have checked my Head for any unusual bumps for better diagnosis.

I really liked meeting Dr. Laxmi Shankar Singh. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, understood all my problems, and gave me good advice. I left feeling hopeful about getting better.
