She is very friendly and I have shared all my problems comfortably. My main problem was my job timings. I have day and night shift duty and i haven't found any perticular diet or lifestyle regime that suits me. After consulting with Eti mam she helped me a lot by customising my diet and lifestyle according to my job timings. Now my sleep cycle has improved, my weight is also decreasing and I feel energetic all the time. She never get irritated even if you ask so many questions. She is very kind person. My experience with Eti's diet plan has been wonderful. Never thought weight loss could be so easy. The best part was that she gave very practical diet plans which were convenient to follow and motivates you towards a healthy lifestyle. I lost 20 kgs in 1 year and now it looks too good with slim body and a shiny skin. It's been 2 month when I completed my diet program and now my weight is still the same as it was before 2 months.
I would like to recommend her without thought for anyone looking for weight loss.

One of the best thing about Eti is that she listens to the issue patiently, discusses the efforts taken in past, any medications and then takes the journey forward. She elaborates the situation keeping it in realistic boundaries. The diet plan she gives is easy to manage and she checks up frequently. She variaties it as per the eating habits and also during the festive times. This makes the journey more enjoyable and not a task. Thanks Eti, you are simply wonderful and also for clearing so many myths. 🙂
