Dr Rohit Agarwal is very humble , cooperative , soft spoken with all advanced technology and equipments. Explains very nicely about the disease and how to treat the same and overcome it. He is very caring , friendly and excellent in his work. Also has a very nice personality and nice behaviour and calm too. Will suggest Dr Rohit Agarwal for issues related to eyes.

Dr. Agarwal being an alumnus from AIIMS made surprisingly unnecessary comments. When my mother asked him to provide alternative medicines that are inexpensive. His reply was uncalled for he said, "If one wants inexpensive medicines one must go to a government hospital". Such behavior is not acceptable from a professional with such vast experience. Although his diagnosis procedure may have been good, his behavior and comments were demeaning.

I was unable to see Dr. Himanshu Shekhar because the staff kept me waiting for 30-40 minutes ******* ******** ** ** **** *** ******* ******* ********** ** *** ********* ********* *** ******* *** ******** *** ********** ******* ************ Due to this, I had to visit another clinic where the doctor was readily available and provided proper care.

The patient had a generally positive experience with Dr. Koushik Basu, mentioning that the doctor is really good and that previous visits were fine. Although the consultation took a long time, the patient felt the explanations were clear and expressed willingness to recommend the doctor.

The doctor explained everything very well and the clinic visit was smooth with nice staff behavior. I would definitely recommend Dr. Himanshu Shekhar and plan to take my daughter to him as well.

The doctor was not available on the day of my appointment, so I had to come back without meeting him. This was disappointing.

Dr. Koushik Basu explained my nephew's eye condition very clearly in simple language. He is truly a helpful and empathetic person. The clinic hygiene and staff behavior were excellent, and my overall satisfaction was beyond expectations.

The doctor explained everything clearly, and the overall clinic experience was good with no issues. I definitely recommend Dr. Gopal Bandyopadhyay based on my visit.
