Dr Sunil Jalan is gem kind of person, i visit him for hearing loss purpose, with the help highly modern endoscope equipment, he puted in my ear and i clearly saw hole in my ear drum. after ward i did tympanoplasty surgery in swastik clinic, i feel better now.

Doctor and audiometrist are good and reasonable people who are recommended. But clinic management especially at the reception is horrible. There’s a particular women who is the rudest possible front desk receptionist I have ever met. Plus they have no option for card payment, (and they are least bothered about it). Time management is not upto mark as too much (5 hours for a consult and audiometer tests) wait time and beware, they will not even call you at your turn if you go out for lunch. Overall I would not recommend this clinic unless the doctor changes his staff.

Treatment done under Dr Sunil, first he tested me audiogram after audiometry test. hearing aid trial done,then doctor told me about my hearing loss problem. He explain me everything about surgery, pre and post effect. I feel comfortable by his line of treatment.

Dr sunil jalan treated me at swastik clinic at sarat bose road, my problem is in ear but after treatment and medicine give by doctors. I feel comfortable but later, a surgery required. Doctor understand me about surgery and i did surgery under Dr jalan.
