Have booked an appointment using Practo and the waiting time was less than a minute. Srabani enquired about the problem, examined my teeth and explained the root cause immediately. She was amicable and started the treatment immediately. Had to visit her after 3 days to assess the progress and she was more than happy to accommodate me during her lunch hours. Would highly recommend her !

Had to wait for doctor's arrival,doctor arrived late for appointment,was in a hurry.was not at all friendly.
