Visit 16.3.2023 @AMRI DHAKURIA. Waited for much more than an hour. When I protested, I was called in to his chamber. It seemed he was in a rush – I found out that right after my visit, he was giving a lecture on the same premise. Doesn’t listen to the patient’s physical complaints nor was he ready to answer patients query as it seems he was too eager to get rid of me. **** **** *** ********* **** ** ******* ** *************! **** ********** ** ******* ******* ** ******* ************ *** ****** ******* **** ** *** ***** ** ** ******* ********** the doctors are taught to listen, and not to be rude!

Doctor's behaviour is very rude. He used a biological term and we (me and my wife) can't understand the term. So we asked again and he behaved very badly. Then we told him the problem about my chest pain. He said he don't know about this as a problem cause my report is very clear. Before,we consulted a cardiologist he also told us that there was no problem. But why the pain is causing he didn't give us any explanation. Also AMRI Dhakuriya has bad hospitality management system. But I think the doctor's behaviour should be more polite towards the patients. AMRI should know this. We're very offended and decided to not to go there again.
