When I began my therapy with Saranya, I was fragile to say the least. From the initial session, I felt that she walked alongside with me as she, calmly and encouraging, listened and politely interjected and offered her professional advise and suggestions. I felt comfortable speaking to her about my insecurities and she helped me overcome them.

My experience with her, holistically, was a positive one. She presents her professional advise in such a manner where even the biggest obstacles seems smaller than you and therefore something that you can overcome. I continue apply what I had discovered with her to make my life better everyday. She is always a phone call away from when you need her.

I'm a 27 year old married woman ,who recently had trouble in my marriage. I started therapy with Saranya 3 months ago . Initially it was good . She gave some really good tips. but slowly I realised she isn't very responsive to texts . There was an incident where she did not respect my privacy and spoke to a family member on my husband's side about me without my knowledge or permission . I don't know how I can ever trust another therapist again. I can't even look at the family member without thinking of how my own therapist betrayed me. I confronted her about this is and she fails to see how it a problem . So I'm very unhappy with the overall experience.

It was really helpful! She did nt try to fix or cure it rather she helped me to fight my problems myself by strengthening my willpower, eradicating the negative approach I had towards everything. Even today problems resurface bt now I know how to deal with it.In real sense she gave me back myself!!
