I am an IT employee and a gym enthusiast. I hurt my neck-shoulder area while working out 7 months back.

Initially I thought it's just a routine injury and will go away with ice-pack treatment and rest.

However with time the pain only increased and my condition deteriorated. What started as a routine Gym injury became a pretty serious handicap for me as day by day I was finding it difficult even to do basic tasks such as combing my hair, wearing T-Shirt or sleeping at night. I consulted 3 different doctors during this phase who prescribed/administered on me several medicines, vitamin supplements, Ultrasound Physiotherapy and even steroid shot but nothing helped. The last doctor I consulted even advised me to go for Shoulder Arthroscopy as my condition was only deteriorating.

Luckily I had kept Dr. Aiman's visiting card in my wallet whom I had met very briefly quite a few years back in a physiotherapy session he conducted at office. I'm so glad that I made a decision to start my treatment under Dr. Aiman. He's a thorough professional, a gentleman and truly an expert physiotherapist. He was spot on in his diagnosis of my issue.

He explained to me the real reason why my pain was not healing(which was bad posture) and over the next 2 months made me go through different

physiotherapy procedures. He has all the modern day equipment available and with a combination of manual and equipment based techniques he

has helped me overcome this pain to a great extent. I'm still under his treatment but I've noticed a significant improvement in mobility and pain alleviation.

In my experience, he's the best physiotherapist available in Kolkata and I would highly recommend him.

Due to desk job, I work for 10-12hrs daily, which caused severe pain in my lower & upper back due to Sacroiliac. Consulted several specialist doctors such as Orthopedic, Rheumatologist, Neurologist but most of them suggested to take Physiotherapy sessions. So, I found Dr. Aiman Afandi through Practo and it is one of the best thing ever happened to me with the help of internet.

It had been really an amazing journey from day 1. Dr. Aiman did my physical examination and his expertise in this area is just amazing. He was very quick in finding the real problem and explained it very well. He suggested to take 2-3 weeks of sessions to fix my back pain and release muscle tightness.

He did trigger point therapy, laser therapy and PEMF therapy, which gave amazing results. I have recovered from my back pain upto 70-75% in just 11 sessions. PEMF therapy is very new and it did not give expected results, but I'm sure Dr. Aiman would gain expertise on PEMF therapy too, very soon. I would like to visit him again, soon. Hopefully by that time he would have expertise on PEM therapy as well.

He is very friendly, and punctual. I never had to to wait for more than 5 mins in those 11 sessions I took.

I had severe pain in upper back radiating towards chest since 6 months. Went to several doctors, did all the investigation needed but no one could find any problem but the pain persisted. Went to local physio in a nearby clinic but didn't get relief. Finally came to EXPERT PHYSIO where Dr Aiman diagnosed the exact problem which till now no one had and did his treatment and in just 1-2 sessions the pain started subsiding. He properly diagnosed my condition – Myofascial pain syndrome which till now I was thinking of Cervical spondylosis as other doctors had told. And within first 5 sessions my pain went down by 50% which had not been the case since last 6 months of visiting several doctors and taking so many medicines. Within 3-4 weeks of his treatment I was 90% pain free. He showed me some preventive exercises and postures and told me to follow it regularly in order to be pain free permanently. I was having treamendous pain in both my knees. Went to orthopaedic ,he suggested MRI ( nothing was found)n gave few medicines which gave some relief but not completely. A neighbour of mine reffered me to Dr Aiman of EXPERT PHYSIO who herself was undergoing her treatment with him.He assessed my condition thoroughly and daignosed it as Patellofemoral pain syndrome. He suggested to take few sessions which I did . In just 2 sessions I felt the pain coming down. It took around 3 weeks for me to completely recover and suggested few strengthening exercises which needs to done to prevent recurrence. It's been 6 months now I am completely pain free. Visited Dr Aiman for lower back injury I picked during my workout in the gym. He gave details of the injury and recommend a detailed treatment plan.After few sessions the stiffness was almost gone. He recommended lower back strengthing exercises which I am currently undergoing, he assured me I can go back to my daily exercise routine very soon.

He really understood my problem and treated the issues with care and also tried to treat the hidden pain points which was causing issue in my daily life . He is also friendly and very approachable and open to discuss the problems .

He also has knowledge about the latest techniques and have the latest machines required for physiotherapy like laser , IFT , etc

Aiman is very proficient in his job. He makes you understand the problem, and then goes through a thorough evaluation to identify the approach that needs to be taken. I went to him for straightening my bent hand following a fracture and also for muscle/ligament injury in my legs and I must say that the treatment really did help and the movements are much more comfortable than earlier. I would highly recommend him.

The doctor helped me explain the cause of the injury and treated accordingly. He used a mix of techniques ie ultrasound, IFT and laser therapy to treat the injury. He also used hand techniques to reduce stiffness of the muscles which caused the injury. I am satisfied with the treatment and would definitely recommend for any sports injury/ortho treatment/physiotherapy. Thank you Mr. Aiman Afandi.

Best physio care! I was suffering from knee ligament tear issue, where other physio centre( where i went earlier) did no good to my leg but Mr Aiman of expert physio helped me to manage my pain with lots of rigourous exercises and satisfying treatment. Now I can again walk a long distance and climbing stairs is no more a difficulty for me .
