He is brilliant, I was at near death due to nervous disorder due to lack of sleep, the main coz is stress !!

Reassuring behaviour and detailed explanation of the health issue are very important for a patient suffering from anxiety and depression. Dr Ray's calm, reassuring behaviour and excellent explanation of what was wrong relieved me of at least 30% of my heightened anxiety on the first visit itself.

Since my teenage years, I used to take meds on and off. This is the first time when a doctor understood that I wanted a life, where I did not end up sleeping for 12-14 hours. He understood what my requirements were, how I wanted to operate and helped me do that and more.

I am getting better steadily with each passing month, and truly, can't thank him enough for transforming my life so wonderfully. I wish I had not spent my early years taking sedatives, which just suppressed my problems and dulled my zest for life.
