I had throbbing neck pain that restricted my mobility and was radiating to my arm. Simultaneously I had plantar fasciitis that was making me limp. She was very patient to listen to my problem and was very empathetic. I took a package for 15 days for both my issues. Within the third session the throbbing pain was reducing and the pain was only localized and by 10 days it was good as new. Her exercises helps me till date to keep sprains at bay. My plantar fasciitis didn’t come back either.
