Doctor is good but staff is average. Not very clueful. Cleanliness of hospital is also average.

The doctor performed the procedure to remove the fluid and communicated through a translator. While there was some difficulty in communication and the patient felt the doctor's behavior was not good initially, the patient ultimately expressed that the doctor was very good.
