Dr Sandeep Bharadwaj was treating my mother for a very painful postherpetic neuralgia. The consultation was online. He listened to my mother very patiently and suggested treatment. For me, the best part was that he was always available at any given time to respond to any queries. This knowledge that the doctor is always there for the patient is a big morale booster. Earning the trust and faith of the doctor is half the battle won by the patient. Everything was going on well until he suddenly went off Practo without any warning. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with him but without any success. I am hoping that through this message he will know that we need to speak to him and let us know if/when he will be available on Practo.

I'm really greateful to doctor for being so thorough and for all the follow up. because it was through the follow up that I realised my grandmom was having a stroke. he immediately diagnosed her directly from the slurred speech and immediately told me to get an MRI done. it was afterwards that I noticed the left side drooping and rushed her for treatment.
