Dr. Niharika Chugh is very humble very down to earth by nature. I was very comfortable under her treatment. She is excellent in his field, within a month only I gone through a surgery and I am feeling much better now. Firstly we had to wait in clinic for about 30 mins. The bigger problem was doctor had no patients in clinic for consultation and she was sitting idle and making us wait. The receptionist was asking doctor using different signals but doctor was hinting him to keep us waiting. We could see this as the clinic was small and waiting area was just in front of reception and doctors cabin was besides the reception.
Highly unprofessional behaviour.
Secondly the doctor was so rude and speaking absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant language. I was surprised to see a doctor talking like this. It was altogether different type of humiliation. *** ***** **** *** ******* **** ** ***** ***** ****
