The experience with doctor was the best, he was too way friendly and explained everything in detail.

But the staff was horrible one I ever faced nothing was managed at all. I had an appointment of 2:30pm, still I had the feel of "bus stand" to get into doctor cabin.

No management skills people without appointments were also allowed to visit at the same time and even though after having the appointment I was the last one to be treated by the doctor.

I had to wait for more than 50 minutes (even after having an appointment) for my turn. I understand the life of doctors there can be emergency anytime but when the doctor is in cabin atleast the people with appointments should have been given preference rather than patients without appointments.

Dr. Lalit Modi is so down to earth, smiling person n expert in convincing the treatment he is giving looking to the reports of diagnosis and patience condition. ** *** ** ** ******** *** ** *** **** ******* ** *** ****** All queries were addressed properly n logically. I will recommend him to my nears and dears.

Last but not the least, the hospital is not carrying any Covid protection means no sanitizer n thermal scanning at the entrance as well as at the concerning receptions while again Covid patients are increasing nowadays.

Dr Modi has a great approachable nature for his patients. He gets his assessment done while holding conversation with patients putting them at ease with the environment of a hospital, leaving aside all types of apprehension or anxiety people usually have in reserve for talking with a doctor. I would highly recommend him for all medical and surgical needs in the orthopedic department.

Very gentle doctor who makes the patient and their attended comfortable and familer. He cares about the patient and his recovery with regular updates. He also keeps connect and available on direct calls. Best doctor with no ego issue. Great choice and treatment, recommended to everyone.

I would say one of the most competent surgeon with 100% commitment and dedication towards patients quickest recovery in most non invasive manner.

Hardly one minute given and told that it will not improve, take some pain killers and see u after 15 days.
