My appointment experience with Dr. Vijendra Kumar was unsatisfactory. I arrived at the scheduled consultation time of 2:10 pm, but the doctor was not available in his consultation room. Instead, he was occupied with other matters, possibly related to referrals, for over 35 minutes while I waited with the patient. When Dr. Kumar finally saw us, the consultation felt rushed. He didn't seem to give the patient adequate time to fully explain their concerns. The doctor quickly prescribed medication without appearing to thoroughly listen to or address the patient's issues. Overall, the long wait time and hurried consultation left me feeling that the patient's needs were not properly met during this appointment.
