We started consulting Dr Vibha (Birla Hospital - Jaipur) by the end of the 7th month of pregnancy. Prior to that, we had consulted several other doctors (Noida and Jaipur) and my wife's case was classified as high risk (pre-diabetic, high BMI, placenta previa and possibility of placenta accreta). Since the beginning, Dr Vibha has been very caring, considerate, non-judgmental, professional and meticulous with her approach. She made our journey to parenthood very smooth. Her positive aura and exceptional confidence kept us always calm about all the processes. She always cleared our queries with a smiling face. With God's grace, my wife delivered a healthy baby girl without any complications. She even tried normal induced delivery for us, which no other doctor had predicted/suggested for us so far, though eventually, we had to for a C-section only. Regarding Birla Hospital, we had a wonderful experience, despite COVID time. It was completely hassle-free and systematic. Also, being a multi-specialty hospital, it gave us immense confidence, if any complication would arise. Also, we truly appreciate the support team of Dr Vibha, they all are very helpful and always ready to go an extra mile for the patient, especially her coordinator Sapna. Dr. Vibha has been very supportive throughout my pregnancy journey. She’s very patient while listening the issues, empathetic, easy to talk to and understands the issues very quickly.
From my initial days of pregnancy she never recommended any unnecessary tests, medicines or injections. From day 1 you are provided with a ready manual of the upcoming pregnancy journey, tests, diet etc.
She was also available for me for online consultation while I was away from Jaipur due to my job. Further in case if any emergency or additional advice one can easily reach out to her through her EA Ms. Sapna.
Mine was a cesarean delivery by choice in which also she relied upon me and provided me the best advice. I was discharged from hospital in 2 days after being fully recovered.
The staff at CK birla hospital was also very supportive in every possible way.
She is expert and professional in her field. I’ve always felt better after talking to her. Highly recommend her.
