I had some injury long back with medicine it was better but not fully gone after, so Dr Sunil teach me some good exercise for back and knee now I am absolutely fine and doing regular exercise ..... thanx a lot for understanding my problem and giving solution for that.

I had a back pain from past one month shown to many doctors took lot of medication, every test which many doctors asked also did some exercise.
