Dr. Shashank Gupta explained my problem and solution clearly and listened patiently to all my concerns. The clinic environment was peaceful, and the staff were very good. I felt the consultation was worth the money.

I have got done all four wisdom teeth extraction at this clinic. Dr.Gupta guided me very well through the diagnosis, scans and procedure. He told me what to expect before and after surgery truthfully. Extractions were performed by oral surgeon very skillfully. The surgeon is a bit strict but a pro at his job. Though my case had multiple complications, tooth was removed very carefully. I had curved roots, decay and nerve proximity. According to the doctors it was a tough case but I would say they managed it very well. After surgery care given was good. Regular follow ups were also taken care of. Surely I recommend this clinic.

I’ve visited several dentists, both local and high-end, but none provided a clear diagnosis for my wisdom tooth issue. Dr. Shashank Gupta stood out for his clarity and professionalism. He explained everything using a detailed digital X-ray and didn’t rush to conclusions like many others do. My extraction was complicated, yet completely painless. His calm approach, polite behavior (even with his staff), and thorough explanations made a huge difference. Neat & Clean which was an added advantage. Highly recommended.

Both the doctors were very supportive and their behavior was extremely nice. The clinic was very clean and hygienic, and I had no issues with wait time or the appointment process.

1. Better approach to understand the problem, precise diagnosis and suggests further course of action.

2. Thorough investigation and treatment with a personal touch. Made me far more confortable than I was earlier.

3. If there is a chance of severe injury or worst case a tooth extraction, he likes to set the record straight instead of giving you false promises for complete recovery, thus prepares you for the worst before starting the treatment. I find this approach excellent knowing some of the other dentists and horrible experiences with my mother.

4. Gentle and calm person, makes you comfortable and takes care of you on human level, keeping monetary part aside. Knowing that I was in bad shape (2 wisdom teeth extracted), he didnt ask for any fee that day and told me to just go home and take rest first.

5. The surgical options were explained detailed enough for us to understand and take our independent call for which option to go for. I haven't seen many dentists doing it, they just jump to the treatment right away!

6. Regular followups - my treatment is done 2 days back but given my severe condition, he calls me everyday for 5 minutes, checks my injury, asks my food intake and hygiene approach and gives me instructions for the next day - this is beyond expectations.

7. Need to say more? He is my official family dentist from now on :-)

Hello everyone… I would like to share my experience about my teeth implants and treatment from Dr. Shashank . I have been living in Australia since 7 years. I have teeth issue since 1 year. So I have planned to get treatment about my teeth from india so when I came here and my friends and family suggested me for my teeth implant and treatments with Dr. Gupta and you know the treatment and implant goes very smoothly and even i don’t know when my treatment done.
