Excellent, but nursing staff not cared well as medicine were not given on time, due to which sugar level got high which invariably affects to patient who has been implanted two stents. I also mentioned in feed back form, I don't think it has received to management as per Indian culture. This also affects reputation of doctor & management due to non compliance of treatment by nursing staff even at stay at ICU. However I will thank to doctor who is still giving services at your hospital. I appreciate doctors behavior & his experience. One more thing I will mention that staff at reception & other desk wants to avoid his work & sending patient to other counters for deposit of money / for getting reports of examination as the system is online, staff should attend to patient smartly at any counter, it is only management decision as I have seen some staff enjoying & other counter like IPD & billing sections are overcrowded. The behaviour of staff at OPD is arrogant, needs to behaviourial training. I thanks management for cleanliness & excellent doctors like Sanjeev Sharma / Dr. Rajeev Gupta & Dr. Deepak Gupta. In my opinion management will take care of it as excellent doctors depends on nursing staff which also reflects reputation of hospital, & staff at counters is gateway for hospital.

My experience with the doctor is quite good but the arrangements are quite problematic.like I have booked an appointment before 2 days for 11.00 am. But Doctor was not available at given time I have to wait for another 1 hour and 40 minutes to meet with the doctor. After check up doctor suggest some test to figure out my problem. These test should be conducted on three different floors. Even during blood samples and ecg the behavior of narsing staff was not as per the hospital image. I think they must control their emotions during patient handling. There was a long wait for every test which was conducted and I spent almost 4 and half hours for conducting all these test till the time 4:30 p.m. I was empty stomach and after that I consult with the doctor along with the test . then I get free at 5:30.pm. in these fog times when we travel 170 km by a car we hope that we should get free earlier so that we can Reach our destination before the sunset because it's not good in these times 2 travel at night

I am happy that i met DR SANJEEV , he is very caring *** ************* * really few proud that EHCC has so talanted team and Droctors like him. He is a marvallous human being aswell , he treats every one equally whichbis my observation ever since i know him and is always ready to give his 100% as and when required .. Great experience overall . Thanks a lot for every thing.

Dr. Sharma looks best acquainted with the aspects related to cardiac procedures along with other aspects of the human body / patient.
