I took an appointment for general consultation and had a 15 minute long slot at 5pm. However, the doctor attended to me around 6pm after making me wait for around an hour. After 5 minutes of consultation, when I asked further queries, he responded bluntly by saying "You can Google your concerns and get the answer from there." If I had to Google my queries, why would I come all the way to the clinic, wait for an hour and pay the consultation fees here!
