We consulted for an intestinal infection that showed in CT scan. Doctor was in a hurry rather than assuring or discussing the issue and our queries.

The Doc was quite late for the appointment. I was in waiting & had to call & remind him. I feel, this area should be worked upon because in online appointment we don't hv much support & assistance & hv to depend on the app for doctors response. Also, the time given was quite less.

I took a video consultation from Dr. Surekha. I am happy with the treatment. After hearing my problem doc advised me to take some tests.I had a severe deficiency of Vit B12 and had fatty liver grade 2. It's really good that I get to know about it beforehand. Doc has advised me to change my routine and eating habits to reverse fatty liver along with Vit B12 deficiency.
The appointment was for myself and I have been to the clinic. Doctor was **** *** friendly with me. After the check up treatment was given and followed by the medicine. There was no waiting time for me and appointment was on time. Clinic staff were cooperative and responsive with me. I would like to highly recommend this doctor for other also.
