Hello, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing in regards to Dr. N.K.Tak Psychiatric & whom I see as my medical Psychiatric. Dr. N.K.Tak is a brilliantly intelligent, caring, resourceful, wel - educated Medical Doctor. His office is located in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan State and I have truly found him to be the most respectful and understanding caretaker.

I came to Dr. N.K.Tak a last years ago in need of treatment for an unfortunate circumstance and diagnosis. I was embarrassed by my situation, which happens some times in life. I was so happy and thankful to have been treated by Dr. N.K.Tak. He listened attentively, quickly understood my problem and treated me with the upmost kindness, respect, and proper diagnosis / treatment plan. I have since gone back to him many times and received the same type of care each time.

Dr. N.K.Tak offers many services to our community that are needed. he also has an amazing abity to generate a non-threatening spiritual / energy connection to all he treats. People sometimes just need to know someone truly cares and Dr. N.K.Tak selflessly gives that to all he encounters.

As I am AIIMS pensioner, I took treatment in 2017 for my problem of Mild depression from Dr NK Tak when he was there at AIIMS. Glad to state that I was fully recovered from my depression problem within 6-8 month's time. Again I had problem of Anxiety and moderate depression in July 2019. I started to search Dr Tak for seeking treatment as he left the AIIMS and started private practice in Jaipur. I contacted him on telephone and Dr Tak immediately agreed to give me treatment on telephone as I am residing in Delhi. He knows my medical history and very well treated me telephonically. Very efficient and intelligent doctor in his treatment. As a person, he is very polite and patient hearing. I wish him all success in the service of mankind.

I like Doctor friendliness behaviour when I have talk to dr.nk tak.

I took my mom to Dr. Tak and she has never felt better about herself ever before. She always had the problem of overthinking and creating negative scenarios in her mind making her anxious. Dr. Tak diagnosed her anxiety levels ********* and provided the ***** medication. She has been going to Dr. Tak for about 2 months now and I would definitely recommend everyone around Jaipur to visit Dr. Tak in case of any mental health issues.

I booked an appointment after reading rave reviews about him but i am Highly disappointed by the service. Doctor barely seem interested in knowing the problem ** ******** ****** **** *** He asked a couple of questions and sent me the prescription right away. Wont recommend him at all.

1. Doctor was himself late so he wanted to finish the meeting from the very start.

2. The way he was listening was also seems little not empathetic.

3. He just diagnosed things which I know wasn't the full case. He didn't even let me finish my actual concern my reason for coming to him.

4. I understand that he has limited time but that's not problem that he was late by himself.

5. Mostly he was speaking loudly nd rudely from the start and by the end toh he was like rude at max. **** ** ****** ** * ******** ******.

6. I didn't expected a Psychaitrist to be that rude and insensitive.

7. I just write this review so that he can understand that you are not that friendly that all others review were claiming.

I even delayed my flight to get this appointment. But it was total wastage of time **** **** ** ********* ********** *** *** * **** **** **** ** ********** **** *** ***** ** **** **** *** ***** *******

He is nice doctor.his treatment is very very good.he gives always time to the patients.dr n k tak is soft polite doctor.

********* ******* Has knowledge about recent developments in medicines and doesn't use outdated practices. Listens carefully and most of all he doesn't judge you and isn't biased. Willing to go extra mile for the patient.
