Doctor is ************* *** pleasant to talk to. The Hospital, doctor and Practo need to be better coordinated. Practo confirmed the appointment for 11 AM, reached hospital at 11, hospital reception didn't know if doctor was in. Receptionist called someone and confirmed, made the invoice and took payment. When I reached the doctors cabin, the receptionist there didn't know if there were any appointments and called up the doctor to tell her that the patient (me) is waiting. I was asked to wait for 15-20 mins but the doctor finally saw me at 12... a full hour late. Not sure why there is such a big coordination miss here.
As I was new to Jaipur, it was my first visit to this hospital. Practo has been a great help for me to chose a good doctor. Dr. Komal Gupta suggested *** ****** medications and the outcome was highly satisfactory. I would say a big yes to her. Everything else in the hospital seemed favourable at the time.
The doctor was very late and did not ask for my history. When I asked her questions, she didn't seem too interested to answer. The appointment felt very hasty. She prescribed medicines in the first glance and did not care to ask if I have taken the same treatment before or not and if I'm comfortable with the suggested approach. I didn't feel very seen or heard while consulting her.
Not at all satisfied. She didn't listen at all, very rude, she doesn't describe you what the disease or what the cause or what things to avoid according to her sweeling has no cause, n all the my other issue also has no cause but still she guve u medication.
It was such a nice experience for me. She engaged nicely with the communication and gave proper advice in terms of skincare. As I stay a bit away, I couldn't consult her regularly but, whatever treatment and guidance she provided during this consultation was beneficial.

I have been there for a single time. It was a good experience. Staff are very helpful and dedicated. It took around 10 minutes to the consultation. Doctor prescribed me some medicines. I am still on that, waiting for the results. All in all it was a quite satisfactory and a convenient consultation.
