i was in a chronic headache i took the appointment waited for more than 20 mins to meet the dr .....when my turn comes the dr called some of his bankers frndz inside the cabin and again as patient i have to wait again for more than 20-30 mins ....unprofessionalism

In short, experience was good in all aspects during discussion with doctor.
Only the feel issues during waiting time as under:-
* Waiting area should be noise free as well as disturb free but people were talking either over phone on their personal business- discussion or interaction mutually (those who came with the patient) but the issue was that they were disturbing others heavily.
* Person who was talking care of all comers just for the doctor’s call for patient-no was not doing his job perfectly.
