Dr Sunny Sadhnani explained the details very well and enlightened me with in-depth explanation regarding the different procedures starting from scaling to full RCT treatment while highlighting the other available procedures in a manner common people would understand. Visited For Root Canal Treatment (RCT)

Unprofessional behavior. *** *** *** ***** ** ***** ******* **** ***** * ******** *** when I consulted another dentist, I found that she had left needle cap(white plastic) in my tooth during RCT.

When I left review on Google, she started argument with me and tried to defend her work and even said that the needle cap was left by new dentist.

Dear Iti Gupta ji, Hello there, You seem to be taking undue advantage of our kindness and humble nature towards patients by posting fake reviews. This has been made clear to you that the seperation of plastic cap you are blaming on us has not been done by us as we dont use that system and you know that. And about professionalism, mind you have been visiting our clinic as per your convenience and at really awkward timings. Still we have been good enough to treat you with hospitality, not being rude as other professionals do who are really strict about timings, where are we unprofessional at that end? Your tooth has been treated from severe mobility to firm and painless with our efforts in a long span of time I agree, but tell me how can i treat a patient who comes to me at his own convenience? You were supposed to stay with patience at your end as i do, but you broke our trust and you are fakely blaming me with inappropriate comments, where have your moral values gone? Anyways it hardly matters, as we have been blessed with tonnes of thankful clients and healthy relations with them. Will always pray for your good health as this is in our ethical principles.
