Benign Haematological Diseases (Aplastic Anaemia, ITP).Dr. Goyal has been trained in all types of chemotherapy planning including Targeted therapy, Immuno-Oncology, Advanced Stage of Cancer Care (Palliative Care), Oncological Emergencies, Screening, Preventive Aspects, Post Treatment Surveillance clinic, Part of clinical Trial.
