I visited Dr. Parul Sony to get my child's eye tested. The consultation took 1.5 hours and cost Rs 1500, but I didn't receive any clear results or explanation. I was asked to come back after three days, and overall, I was not satisfied with the process or the communication.
The doctor seemed rushed and spent very little time with me, asking her assistant to explain details instead. I also had to wait at least 20 minutes to get my prescription. There was confusion about my lens prescription between the junior doctors and the senior doctor.
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
I can only feel a difference of 30% in my recovery after seeing the doctor. Not much improvement. Not satisfied.
