I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, over the years, I have worked across multidisciplinary clinics, and leading mental-health platforms, offering psychological care to adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.My professional experience spans mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma-related concerns, dissociative symptoms, personality dynamics, relationship and family distress, exam and performance anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and self-worth difficulties. Alongside therapeutic work, I have conducted comprehensive psychological assessments, contributed to mental-health programs, and collaborated with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure integrated care. I have also worked in semi government Projects with Aditya Birla Education Trust and the Central Industrial Security Force, conducted over three thousand assessments of security personnel for onboarding to high-risk areas of protection. I have also been associated with several mental-health organisations and digital therapy platforms where I provide therapy, assessment, and consultation services. I have also been involved in mentoring early-career psychologists, developing structured assessment batteries, contributing to clinical protocols and therapeutic frameworks and leading case discussions and interdisciplinary collaborations.These roles allow me to strengthen systems-level mental-health care while staying updated on best ethical practices.
