I have been struggling with weight issues on and off since 2022. I am 5'3" and I workout regularly. I would lose weight sometimes but it came back eventually within 2-3 months. I am not a foodie so food cravings or over eating was never an issue. In Feb 2024, I weighed myself at 63 kg. I decided that i will work out and shed 3 kgs by Oct max. So I increased the workout. I started working out 10-12 hours a week. Combination of cardio, hiit and resistance training. I ensured that i did not check my weight before Oct as no progress or min progress demotivates me. My appetite decreased. I was eating all non fried healthy food at home. Cut to Oct, my weight was 68. Thats when i decided to consult a specialist to help me with my weight. Dr Taru listened and understood my issue, took details of my routine. She designed my diet and daily routine including my workout. What changed? The diet she gave me, made me eat more, routine made me reduce my workout to just 4-5 hour a week. The diet was not fancy, it was very easy to stick to. I did not feel like i was missing out on anything. Never had any cravings either. She also ensured to have regular feedback and adjust the diet accordingly. I am sitting in Jan25 today, I started in Oct24 with 68 kgs. I weighed 63kgs today. The cloths that were perfect fit for me in Feb24 (at 63kg) are lose. I have lost inches, weight and feel a lot better as whole. I am eating more, sleeping better. Would like to thank her for her help. I am bound to go back to her again if i ever lose track again.

I would like to start my story with expressing thanks and gratitude to Dr. Taru Agarwal...who is not only an amazing guide but also a very very caring and friendly person.
Before I met her , I was on a weight loss journey consisted of intermittent fasting with no carbs and ..I thought that this would be a good and fast process for weight loss...but with no carbs comes a lot of supplements that are too costly and can have adverse effects over time.
My diet consisted of only salad and paneer though initially I was feeling ok as I was quite determined but over the time I not only lost my hope and had a very adverse effect on my health....
Then I met Taru.....and she counselled me and taken me out of this no carb formula....and started with my food charts....and when I had first read her food chart I got surprised that how much and the varieties she had told me to eat.....without taking any supplements and whatever is easily available at home along with regular exercise .....There is no more deprivation, cravings or any sort of depression regarding health and weight.
After a no carbs diet I was quite doubtful about whether I will be able to reduce weight with so much food....but to my surprise not only I had lost significant weight but also lost inches.....and talking about internal body health, immunity and healing its amazing..

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr Taru Agarwal.
I never believed in possibility to loose weight(i was 84 for almost 20 years), as I have never been able to keep a fast even for one day, and never slept without having any warm food despite full stomach. International traveling added to the troubles and I developed back aches.
It was just a coincidence that my Wife(who had been following Dr Taru for few months) encouraged me to give it a try and I agreed laughingly.
when i saw the first schedule for the week from Dr Taru, i was surprised to see that the menu was enough for me and i was not going to be remaining hungry.

Thank you Dr Taru for your magic. I am thyroid patient since last 25 years and despite regular workouts for more than an hour everyday failed in reducing my weight. I like doctor Taru's friendly nature. When, I met her for the first time, she made me feel very comfortable and I was able to talk to her easily about my cholesterol and anemia. Dr.Taru is very good at her work .. i lost 10 kgs in 4 months and i feel much energised and get compliments. I have lost it well and my skin is not sagging .. i face has a glow unlike many others who loose weight and look pale or sick.
I hope to maintain this. Also i did not starve in her diet .. just ate consciously and tried to maintain time of eating. I would actually say i was eating more than usual .. but still lost.
So higly recommended .. and my husband is also starting soon with her diet.

I started consulting Dr.Taru from April 2023.That time I was going through a lot of hormonal imbalance ,my thyroid had shot up (while I was taking thyrox 50mcg) along with my haemoglobin levels scarily low.Doctor Taru was very patient to understand the issues and started my treatment not by giving me any meds but advising n guiding me through correct dietary intake .We are in June and I got my tests done 2 weeks back again and both my issues of Thryrod and aneamia are under control.
