Simran has helped me gain clarity, understand myself better, and work toward becoming the best version of myself. Her guidance and support has made a huge positive impact on my personal growth and well-being. I’m deeply grateful for having her as my therapist.
I have had a few sessions with Ms. Simran, and I can say her aura puts me at ease to open up and share my thoughts and her insights always help me see things in a more rational and emotionally balanced way. Would definitely recommend her to anyone out there!
I was going through a bad phase where o was emotionally just drowning because of which I couldn’t focus on my work. Simran helped me in getting back on track. I also wanted to know the reason why is it happening so that I can be more sure of things and she helped me in knowing about that as well. Now I’m focused on my work and regulating my emotions with small excercises she asked me to do. It’s really helpful
Simran is really kind and compassionate. She is never in a hurry to give ‘Gyaan’ like a lot of counsellors do. She gives me time to feel and feel everything. She doesn’t ridicule or trivialise any of my experiences.
I reached out to her during a very tough phase of my life and I can say with gratitude that I am feeling and doing much better!
Simran makes therapy feel easy to open up in.
She listens without judgment and helps you see things clearly.
