I recommend Ms. Ritu Mudgal. She identified my exact issue that I had been confused about for more than 5 years, and the clinic environment was perfect for therapy.

She was very patient in listening the issues. I haven't seen a doctor this patient to understand what patient actually wants and trying to help in a way that is comfortable for the patient. She is very skilled in her work and yet always open to new perspectives

Meeting Ritu Mudgal helped me to identify the core issues, she was able to meticulously identify the pattern of my mind in first observation, then in second session she was able ask me those right questions which helped me figure out problem area running in my mind in a loop subconsciously. After these two sessions things were lot easier for me, which brought a lot of clarity in my mind and I believe I got to understand the key things I need to remember to help myself whenever there's a situation.

I was provided comfort to talk unhesitatingly and assured details shared during the session will be kept classified. Appropriate time was provided to talk; each and every concern was heard and sessions were timely conducted. During this COVID-19 pandemic, sessions were cancelled in mid of March due to social distancing, alternatively I have been approached later, maintained active communication, follow ups were done with me and session was arranged over a video call as per my convenience. It was my first time seeking for counseling and it was great. The thing I like most about Miss. Ritu is that she finds lots of innovative methods to address one's issue. She has a pandora box for ideas. Simplifying the complex theoretical text with most relevant Analogy. I had codependency issue and she kept perfect balance between counselor and supporter. It was never about one hour only. She was available most of the time through text and call. And whenever she finds relevant material, she just share it. She is extremely non judgmental person and open minded to lot of things. Sometimes one might feel like they were doing wrong based on the moral values set by society but she will make you realize that it's extremely normal. She is very patient person. Lot of times I lashed on her but she stayed by my side. She also scolded (sarcastically) me or disagreed with me when she should and that made me respect her more. Prior to counseling I was afraid that my decision making ability would be challenged as they will direct me to do things. But when I started counseling with her the baton of decision making was always in my hand. She always ask solution of a problem and when I am not able to give appropriate solution then only she suggests it. She is like a wisp in a dark scary night. To give you company that you are not alone in this and guide you out of this abyss.

I am working on stress and anxiety management with Dr Ritu. I was hesitant due to the nature of online sessions as I thought I might not be able to open up but Dr Ritu is very friendly and she made that journey easy. She tackles each problem very delicately but most importantly makes you feel heard. She understands your problem patiently and also helps you understand them better. For someone who might be starting with the journey of better mental health might think that a doc will give generic bookish solutions but that is not the case at all. She gives creative and practical solutions which are specific to your problem and more importantly I never felt she was imposing or forcing a solution, rather she always presented it as a possible solution with different outlook. Thanks to Dr Ritu I am doing a lot better from where I started. I am still improving and learning, and I am glad I have Dr Ritu along with me in this journey. I 100% recommend.

Ritu is a keen and excellent listener. She quickly understood my problems in the first half of the first session itself (in contrast to some other therapists elsewhere who had taken atleast a few sittings to even have me fully explain the problem in detail to them). Ritu was highly empathetic and intuitive in her understanding. She proceeded to explain to me the root cause/s of my issues in detail so i could comprehend them and start to make little changes, simple and practical ways, which she suggested that I could easily put into practice.

Through a combination of her own explanation of certain concepts and related suggestions, sharing of inspiring audio guides, relevant reading materials on certain self development methods, Ritu has made several suggestions to me in our sessions with a lot of deep understanding.

From discussing different coping strategies, to going one step deeper to challenge why the need for so much coping, hence the need for some deeper inner work, her sessions have been very insightful to me indeed.

I heartily recommend Ritu as the best in class you can meet, to discuss any of your problems and seek solutions.

Ritu has an exceptional ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where one feels truly heard and understood. She becomes a friend,parent,mentor,teacher as and when the time comes.

The strategies and insights she offers are helpful.Soft voice and a softer demeanor....she is an epitome of empathy yet a strong guide to navigate us through.

Ritu ma’am is one of the most friendly and non judgemental people I have ever come across. It was very easy for me to able to express myself in front of her because of how open and welcoming she was. Ma'am is extremely friendly. U never felt like I am talking to a person who's job is just to cure me . She is the best friend or elder sister I never had . She is so friendly and calm. If I stand here confidentiality then it is because of ma'am . She always guided me trough the right track. I lost hope of a good life . Ma'am was the one who showed me the way to it . The way she explains how emotions connected to thoughts or events is just incredible, it just click rightly. She helped me to face my demons and explained the most complicated situations very simply. She uses very cool illustrations to make you understand things well. After a long time I have found a really good Therapist through a friend to whom, I'm really greatful.

I would like to suggest her to explain more about grounding techniques because it's difficult to lift up again when you have hit a ground and at that time I need someone or something to come out of that dark phase.
